There are usually two types of FRP grille
covers, one is a flat cover, and the other is a pattern cover. The performance of the two is basically the same, and the anti-skid ability of the pattern cover is better. Frosted glass fiber reinforced plastic cover plate is sand embedded in the cover plate, which has a high anti-slip effect.
The FRP grille cover is not integrally formed, but is separately processed and then pasted together with a mixture, and then fully bonded together with sufficient pressure. Because the material used is the same as the FRP grid, the performance of the through FRP grid is basically the same. It has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance and flame retardant, strong non-slip, light weight, easy installation, maintenance-free, and insulation.
The FRP cover is different from the grid-like structure of the grille, it is a closed structure. Because there is an additional cover plate, the bearing capacity and non-slip performance have been improved. On the other hand, the FRP grille cover can be sand-processed during the production process to improve the bearing capacity.
