After the power cord is connected, the motor junction box should be sealed to prevent moisture from entering and burning the motor. 1.8 The direction of the water inlet and outlet pipes can be adjusted by changing the direction of the screw holes on the flange according to the actual situation on site. 2. Operation and maintenance instructions: 2.1 Sewage cooling tower requires inlet water temperature (45 ° C), using grid polyvinyl chloride grid packing, clean water cooling tower requires inlet water temperature (45 ° C), using polyvinyl chloride ramp packing, if the water inlet temperature is too high, then Damage to the packing. 2.2 The water distribution device should be observed regularly to check whether it is normal. The water distribution device in the cooling tower adopts a fixed-tube water distribution device, which is composed of a main pipe, a water distribution branch pipe and a sprinkler. This structure can make the water distribution uniform, the cooling is good, and the water loss is small. The water distributor is a fragile component. Therefore, the water distribution device should be overhauled and generally overhauled once a year. If uneven distribution of water is found during operation, you should try to eliminate the cause in time, usually due to the clogging of the water distribution pipe and the drop of the nozzle. 2.3 The method for cleaning the dirt on the water distribution pipe can be mechanical cleaning or chemical cleaning. The washed dirt must not be thrown on the water spraying device. The scale is usually washed with a dilute hydrochloric acid solution. 2.4 The dirt accumulated in the cooling pool and the filler should be removed in time to keep the filler from being blocked. Generally, it should be cleaned once when it is stopped. 2.5 Cooling tower pipes, metal fittings, etc. should be repaired and anticorrosive once a year. Epoxy paint can be added, and damage should be repaired in time. 2.6 When the cooling tower is deactivated, the valve on the water supply pipe should be closed, and the water in the pipe and the pool should be emptied. 2.7 The turbidity of circulating water is generally controlled at <100PPM in clean water towers and <250PPM in sewage towers. When the water quality is not good, corresponding water treatment equipment should be added or sewage drainage should be strengthened. 2.8 When the growth of algae is found in the circulating water, impact chlorine should be added, and the remaining chlorine in the water should be treated with 4mg / L or bleaching powder for a short time. 2.9 The turbidity and quantity of water entering and exiting the cooling tower shall be included in the operation records of the cooling tower to accumulate maintenance management data and serve as the technical basis for maintenance and improvement of the cooling effect. 2.10 When the cooling tower is running, the operation of the fan should be frequently observed, including current, voltage, fan vibration and noise, gearbox oil level, and whether there is oil leakage. 2.10.1 When the fan runs for the first time, it must go through a trial run for a certain period of time (about an hour), and then stop and check to ensure that all parts are intact without deformation and looseness before it can be officially operated. 2.10.2 Before the fan usually starts, generally check whether the motor is wet, whether the oil level is normal, and whether the impeller rotates flexibly. After turning on the fan, you should always pay attention to power changes. If it exceeds the rated current, you must immediately stop the operation for maintenance. 2.10.3 Pay attention to the use of fan oil seals and find that the oil is leaked and replaced in time. The lubricant is HL-24 gear oil. 2.11 When starting the cooling tower, the fan should be started first, and then the water is distributed to prevent the fan from starting after the water is distributed, which will cause damage to the motor due to overload. 2.12 During the commissioning, note: 2.12.1 The fan cannot be reversed, so that the exhaust air becomes the supply air. 2.12.2 Whether there is water leakage or air leakage. 2.13 FRP cooling towers should be managed by a special person. III. Installation conditions: The foundation meets the requirements of the drawings, and the deviation of each position is less than the design requirements, and the installation can be performed. 4. Conditions of use: After the user's external pipes and valves are properly connected and connected to electricity (380V, 50Hz), observe the fan vibration and noise, and meet the operating requirements before being put into use.
